Founded in 2008 by a collective of designers, Masatomo Ariga, Yujiro Komatsu, and Takatomo Ariga, Blackmeans is praised for their outstanding Japanese craftsmanship and leather goods. Heavily inspired by punk culture and Americana biker aesthetics, Blackmeans has gained a cult like following, despite it's youthfulness as a company.
