Never one to shy away from niche cultural references, James Jebbia and his collective at Supreme New York have released beautiful pieces season after season, masterfully tying the knot between culture and fashion. For their Spring Summer 2020 week 9 release, the cover art for My Bloody Valentine’s 1988 EP release ‘Feed Me With Your Kiss’, was placed on a conglomeration of items. With four hit tracks that would leave a lasting mark on the late 80’s shoegaze/experimental rock genre, My Bloody Valentine’s music remains extremely relevant and its importance in influencing modern sound has been recognized through massive collaborations such as this particular Supreme release.

This incredible full print denim jacket is hands down the most desirable piece from the entire collection. I’d previously posted this piece nearly a year ago, but wanted to revisit the garment with updated photography and a stronger write-up. With a somber pair of eyes on the chest, making their way down to a quivered blue lip near the bottom hem, this jacket uses negative space to perfectly depict the infamous ‘My Bloody Valentine’ graphic. Coming in a size extra large, this piece is in pristine overall condition with no flaws whatsoever. Here is the opportunity to purchase one of my favorite Supreme jackets released in recent years.
