Junya Watanabe’s perennial career under the Comme Des Garcons overarching label has been nothing short of exceptional, spanning over three decades. Beginning as a pattern cutter for the Tricots Comme Des Garcons knitwear line, Kawakubo saw promise in Watanabe’s capabilities, where his creations flourished on the runway. Over the next few seasons, Junya Watanabe would continue to hone his abilities and by 1992 was heading his own womenswear namesake label. Junya Watanabe’s menswear line would go on to debut in the Spring of 2002, bringing forth the iconic “Poem” pieces.

From Watanabe’s first ever collaboration with Vanson Leathers, Watanabe hands the quality and care of fine leather goods to Vanson for their production of this biker perfecto zip jacket. With a camouflage lined interior, this jacket has beautifully faded and aged with grace. Size small and in great overall condition.
