(FOR SALE) An Autumn Winter 2017 Undercover ‘Dance of Death’ Full Print Graphic Sweatshirt.

Formally educated at Bunka Fashion College, Jun Takahashi’s enthusiasm for Western culture birthed a beautiful hybrid of Japanese design in combination with staple Americana concepts. With more than 30 years of work under his belt, it’s clear to see Takahashi has become a seasoned veteran of our generation’s greats, revamping his career with arguably some of his best collections in the past few years.

The ‘Dance of Death’ graphic used on this piece originates from a 16th century unnamed German artist, currently stored at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The symbolic illustration illuminates the similarities between royalty and impoverished, as their hands intertwine in the circular dance. Despite their clothing (or lack thereof for the poor), both parties must partake in the same ‘Dance of Death’. This Undercover sweater with the exact print comes in a size 2 but fits massively oversized much more-so like an XL which is why it’s been tagged as such. In pristine overall condition with no flaws, here is the opportunity to purchase a rare Undercover sweater from their Autumn Winter 2017 collection.
