Another prodigy whose roots lie in the established Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Dirk Bikkembergs cultivated utilitarian style has made a massive resurgence in recent years, and rightfully so. Much of this inspiration for his militaristic design can be accredited to his father’s active duty as a member of the Belgian Army.
